Besides leading in-prison Bible study classes,
our chaplains:
Provide Bibles, copies of the Christian Science textbook Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy, and other publications generated by the Christian Science Publishing Society on in-prison visits
Lead prayer with individual prisoners on in-prison visits
Provide subscriptions to prisoners who request specific Christian Science Publishing Society publications
Provide prayerful treatments for prisoners who seek help on issues ranging from family problems to health challenges
Mail regular commentaries on the Weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson for those prisoners who request it
Regularly correspond with those prisoners who write the Institutional Committee
