Heather has been the Coordinating Chaplain for the Committee since 2010. In her role, Heather. The Coordinating Chaplain makes weekly visits to inmates through Bible Study Groups. The emphasis is to understand how healing was achieved by reading Jesus healings and others Biblical healings. Discussion emphasizes how to apply steps which lead to healing in our own lives. The Coordinating Chaplain orders all periodicals shared with inmates in addition to periodicals collected from many of the New Jersey churches. Subscriptions to the Sentinel/Monitor are also coordinated. Our Coordinating Chaplain also chooses to write a weekly letter to every inmate studying the current Bible lessons to bring out ideas to live by. Visits are also made to those inmates requesting a visit by a Christian Science Chaplain.
